• For Returns: Once your returned item is received at our facility and passes inspection, we will approve the refund.

• For Cancellations: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after the cancellation has been confirmed by our team.

2. Refund Timeframe

• Once a refund is approved and initiated, please allow 10-15 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment account.

• This timeframe is subject to the processing times of banks and payment gateways.

3. Method of Refund All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
