• All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Kasaragod, Kerala.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• We strive to deliver all orders within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances affecting our courier partners.

3. Shipping Partners We ship our orders through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post to ensure reliable delivery across India.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. These charges are based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking information and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Address Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number. THE OUTSHINE is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
